Anne Altvater, Jennifer Fox and their team of horses are your guides as you move beyond traditional leadership training into graduate level experiences. For decades Anne and Jennifer have witnessed the results that adults and children experience when they interact with a horse.
In a casual, relaxed setting you dress down and step up to learn more effective ways to see familiar situations with new eyes. No riding is involved and you get as close to a horse as you like with guidance from Anne and Jenn.

The Innovative Leader Development Team
Anne Altvater grew up in an Eastern Shore farm family committed to innovation, community service and education. These inherited values and her love of horses shaped who she has become – a skilled horse trainer, a successful business owner, a Brennan Healing Science energy healer, and an intuitive equine therapy practitioner. Anne is a graduate of Shore Leadership and serves on the board.
Jennifer Fox, who grew up with horses, is recognized as a creative, open-hearted riding teacher and coach. Her love of children and her experience as a nanny led her to earn a degree in early childhood development. She uses farm tasks and horse tending to help her students feel accomplished as they overcome struggles in everyday life.
The Horses on the team offer authentic responses to the people around them. Through millions of years of evolution horses have developed instincts that empower them to act in their best interest. Horses see behind the masks human wear, uncovering inner wisdom and provoking life-changing insights.

Individual and group sessions can be held at Campbell's Land Farm in Preston, Maryland. The Innovative Leader Development team will also travel to other locations. The cost of Insightful Leader Development will be set for each client depending on location, time and content.
