Anne collaborates with professionals in healthcare, mental health and other healing professions whose clients may benefit from Insight Equine Therapy seminars, retreats and private sessions.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
A private session of Insight Equine Therapy focuses on an issue that you bring for insight, clarification and action. For some issues you may want to invite one or two other people (e.g., spouse, child, parent) for whom the same issue is relevant.
- One-hour session with one client: $125.
- One-hour session with two clients: $150.
Prices quoted are for private sessions held at Campbell's Lane Farm in Preston, Maryland. Additional fees may apply for sessions at other locations.
SEMINARS and RETREATS
Insight Equine Therapy experiential seminars and retreats are designed for groups of people who are interested in learning about and experiencing the gifts of the process together.
Outside of the four walls of a classroom participants come heart-to-heart with horse healers. With Anne’s guidance they get to know themselves and one another through candid conversation, hands-on exercises and light-hearted interactions.
Topics for these group events include:
- Leadership: Learn techniques that enhance performance of the leader and of the team.
- Team work: Build more effective and satisfying work groups by learning how to set shared goals, offer encouragement and communicate about areas for improvement.
- Communication: Identify ways to convey information, feelings and requests that build more satisfying relationships and produce desired results.
- Compassion fatigue: Recover a sense of well-being for caregivers, health care providers and others who dedicate their time and energy to the care of others.
- Grief: Use experiences of loss as gateways to personal transformation and spiritual awakening.
- Self-discovery: Clarify values, dreams and goals through heightened awareness and mindfulness.
- Healthy Boundaries: Practice setting boundaries to benefit your well-being and to enhance personal and professional relationships.
Seminar and retreat design, location and fees reflect the needs of groups and the time invested by the Insight Equine Therapy team.
Participants experience candid conversation, hands-on exercises and light-hearted interactions.
PARTNERSHIPS
The Insight Equine Therapy team is available to collaborate with therapists, counselors, coaches, health care providers and other practitioners to help their clients try on new perspectives in a natural healing environment.
Process and fees will be customized to meet the needs of each practitioner and the clients invited to experience Insight Equine Therapy.
